Parmesan Baked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dannon® Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 ½ lbs. chicken tenders (12 pieces)
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned whole-wheat panko bread crumbs

Directions

  • Preheat oven 425°
  • Combine yogurt, basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl
  • Add chicken tenders and stir to coat them with yogurt mixture
  • Combine cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl
  • Dip tenders into breadcrumb mixture, and place on a foiled lined or greased baking sheet
  • Bake 15-18 minutes or until cooked through
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
